The ITCUStrategy, and ITCUStrategy.com are properties of Murphy Associations. All references to ITCUStrategy in this article apply to ITCUStrategy.com as well, for both free and paid for membership.

Terms of Service

Important! Read this!: By registering with the ITCUStrategy you are agreeing to receive frequent emails from the ITCUStrategy. In exchange for receiving these emails you will have access to hundreds of downloads, including podcasts, whitepapers, case studies, videos and more. You are also agreeing to allow Murphy Associations to share your personal and contact information with its sponsors. In order to continue to provide this service, Murphy Associations shares the personal and contact information it collects from registrants and site users with the sponsors whose content they download. For example, if you download a whitepaper or listen to a podcast from Company A, we will provide Company A with your name, email address and other personal information. If you wish to discontinue receiving emails from the ITCUStrategy, you may delete your account at anytime, at which point your personal information will be deleted from our database and you will no longer have access to download content from the site. Any information previously submitted to our sponsors will not be retracted from said sponsors and you may be contacted by those entities. Murphy Associations protects its users’ privacy and does not share our users’ information except as listed in this notice. The extensive information at ITCUStrategy and within the ITCUStrategy is offered at a limited cost through the generosity of our sponsoring organizations. As a benefit of sponsorship, sponsors receive usage information. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ – Site Sponsors will have no access to the Site Forums. This part of the site is strictly controlled and no information PERIOD about forum use will be shared with site sponsors. Since ITCUStrategy is a living web site with frequent additions to its content, by registering at ITCUStrategy you will be automatically placed on our email distribution lists which 1) inform you about new additions and significant changes to the ITCUStrategy site and 2) receive the ITCUStrategy e-mail newsletter. The ITCUStrategy list provides e-mail and RSS updates whenever new content such as whitepapers, presentations, podcast, video podcast, webinars, etc are added to the Site and are available, for e-mail this is usually multiple times per month, for RSS feeds headline updates could be daily. The ITCUStrategy list provides analysis and content updates once or twice a month. You may remove yourself at any time from the lists; however, access to ITCUStrategy content will be disabled. Registration and usage information are also shared from time to time with sponsors and partners, whose generous support allows us to offer some of ITCUStrategy.

We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

Exclusion

Because Murphy Associations LLC cannot predict, control or be responsible for information you choose to tell us or others in a publicly available fashion, this Terms of Service or EULA does not apply to any information that you voluntarily disclose to Murphy Associations LLC, our partners, our customers or any other third party via chat rooms, bulletin boards or otherwise where Murphy Associations LLC did not expressly ask you for such information.

Security

This web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When you submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and off-line. No forum activity will be shared or made available to outside venders or other parties, except as required by potential laws or government ordinances. The forum is for intra-member communications of the ITCUStrategy group of which Murphy Associates is also a member. Murphy Associates requires that critical information such as (but not exclusively): usernames, passwords, access codes; NOT be stored in any part of the online systems.

Access by Our Employees

Murphy Associations LLC uses good faith efforts to limit our employees’ access to your personally identifiable information to the amount reasonably required to provide prompt, high quality service.
